RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Mr Thabang Monametsi has resigned
from his roles as an executive director and Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect
from 28 February 2023.

The Board and management of the Company would like to thank Thabang for his valuable
contributions to the Group over the years and wish him well in his future endeavours.

The Board has commenced the process of identifying a suitable replacement and shareholders will
be advised as soon as such appointment has been made.
