Application has been made to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) for the listing of R350,000,000 (Three
Hundred and Fifty Million Rand) senior unsecured floating rate Notes (stock code IBL191),
under Investec Bank Limited’s Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share
Programme dated 17 March 2021.
The IBL191 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being 10 September
2021 with effect from commencement of trade.
