                                 Change in Non-Executive Director

Kore Potash plc, the potash development company with 97%-ownership of the Kola and DX Potash
Projects in the Sintoukola Basin, located within the Republic of Congo (“RoC”), is pleased to announce
the appointment of Mr Ignacio Joaquin Majluf Caceres as a Non-Executive Director of the Board
nominated by its shareholder Sociedad Quimica y Minera de Chile S.A. (“SQM”) with effect from 1
September 2021.

Ignacio replaces Ms Trinidad Reyes, who has taken maternity leave from SQM and has resigned from
the Board with effect from 1 September 2021.

Ignacio Majluf, aged 32, joined SQM in 2013 and reports to the Chief Financial Officer of SQM. Ignacio
completed an Industrial Civil Engineering degree specialising in environmental engineering having
graduated from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile in 2013. Ignacio also completed the Executive
MBA at the Antwerp Management School in 2021.

David Hathorn, Non-executive Chairman, said: “I am pleased to welcome Ignacio to the Board of Kore
Potash. Ignacio has a strong commercial focus and sound understanding of the SQM business from his
time spent representing SQM in Europe.”
