Notification of the Publication of the annual financial results of the Issuer and the Guarantor

Noteholders are advised that the annual financial results of the Issuer and the Guarantor for the
year ended 31 December 2020 have been published and can be accessed on the relevant websites
via the links set out below.

Noteholders are advised that the audit reports issued in respect of the abovementioned annual
financial results did not contain any qualifications.

Noteholders are further advised that the presentation of the statement of cash flows was changed in
2020 in order to clarify some of its components (“Taxes paid” as well as fair value and foreign
exchange difference are now presented separately). In the statement of cashflows, the comparative
data for the year ended 31 December 2019 have been restated for comparison purposes. The
restatements have no impact on the subtotals and total disclosed in the statement of cash flows.
