APPOINTMENTS TO THE BOARD



In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of the
Company (“the Board”) advises shareholders of the appointment of the following directors with
immediate effect:

    •   Mr Jacobus Johannes Vos as an independent non-executive director;
    •   Mr Sipho Lloyd Mpila as an independent non-executive director;
    •   Mr Allan Groll as an independent non-executive director; and
    •   Mr Izak Johannes Botha as a non-executive director and chairman.

The composition and membership of the Board committees will be as follows:
