CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
_________________________________________________________________________________

With the recent introduction of the new shareholder of reference, and change of the Group’s strategic
direction necessitated by Eqstra Fleet Management and Logistics’ continuation as a key part of the
Company, the board of directors of enX ("the Board") has taken the initiative to further decentralise the
Group’s seven distinct businesses so they may operate with maximum agility in their respective
segments. As part of this strategy, Mr Gary Neubert wishes to continue with and focus on his role as
CEO of the Company’s forklift and materials handling businesses and in so doing align the Southern
African and United Kingdom operations with the overall Group strategy.

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Board hereby notifies its
shareholders that, through mutual agreement with the Company, Mr Gary Neubert has stepped down
as CEO of the Group with immediate effect.

The Board and management team would like to thank Gary for his valued service and contribution to
the Group during his tenure as Group CEO, and looks forward to his ongoing contributions driving a
significant part of the Group’s operations and profitability.

The Board is pleased to advise that Mr Andrew Hannington, currently an executive director of enX, has
been appointed as Group CEO with immediate effect.
