6766135) will be deleted from the index.
Sabvest Lmt N (South Africa,
ZAE000012043, 6772778) will have a
name change to Sabvest Capital and will
remain in the index with an increased
shares in issue total from 24,476,919 to
43,149,741* and a decreased
investability weighting from
66.999997059643% to
50.945168929242%.
*The number of shares and investability weight for Sabvest Capital is based on the merger terms of
1.1 new Sabvest Capital shares for every Sabvest share and 1 new Sabvest Capital share for every
Sabvest Lmt N share held.
The ICB classification for Sabvest Capital will remain unchanged as 8985 (Equity Investment
Instruments) effective 13 May 2020.
