CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 27 March 2018, advising that
RAC (through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Livingstone Investments Proprietary Limited) (“RAC”) had
acquired 28.56% of the issued share capital of Astoria Investments Limited (“Astoria”).

Shareholders are advised that RAC has increased its shareholding to 28.72% and is currently assessing
its options in relation to unlocking value from its investment in Astoria.

Accordingly, RAC shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities until a further announcement is made.
