Further Cautionary Announcement                                                               

Shareholders are referred to the various cautionary 
announcements released over the past 9 months relating 
to the investigation by the Financial Services Board 
(the FSB) of    a major subsidiary of the Company, 
the last of which was published on 20 March 2013.

Shareholders are advised that the FSBs investigation 
of the Companys subsidiary originates from a complaint 
received by the FSB in 2007 of the alleged contravention 
by the subsidiary of certain provisions of the Financial 
Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (Act no. 37 of 2002)
(the FAIS Act). The matter is receiving attention, and 
the Companys subsidiary has been engaging with the Regulator 
in this regard.  

The JSE has ruled that the Companys shareholders have to 
be updated every 12 weeks and be advised of any material 
change or further developments relating to the FSBs 
investigation as and when they arise.  Shareholders are 
accordingly advised to continue exercising caution when 
dealing in the Companys securities until this cautionary 
announcement is withdrawn or a full announcement is made.
