Shareholders   are   advised   that  Titantrade   306   (Pty)  Ltd
(“Titantrade”), of whom H van Dyk is a 50% shareholder, has
purchased 2 shares in Yellow Star Proprietary Limited (“Yellow
Star”) from T Modise. Both H van Dyk and T Modise are directors
and shareholders in Yellow Star. Yellow Star holds 254 013 036
shares in ConvergeNet and both H van Dyk and T Modise are
directors of ConvergeNet. In compliance with rules 3.63 – 3.74 of
the JSE Listings Requirements, the following changes in the
interest of directors of ConvergeNet as a result of the off-market
purchase and sale of shares in Yellow Star is disclosed below.
