CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Pursuant to paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements,
noteholders are advised that Ms Beverley Elizabeth Bouwer ("Ms Bouwer ") has been appointed to
the boards of Liberty Holdings Limited and Liberty Group Limited (collectively "Liberty"), in the
capacity of an independent non-executive director as three directors retired at the Annual General
Meeting on 26 June 2026. The effective date of appointment is 03 July 2026, following approval by
the Liberty boards on that date.

In accordance with the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements:

    •   A fit and proper assessment has been completed, and the board is satisfied with the outcome.
    •   Ms Bouwer's background and qualifications have been independently verified.
    •   The appointment of Ms Bouwer was made pursuant to the mandate which deals with the
        nomination of directors of the issuer.

The board welcomes Ms Bouwer and looks forward to her contribution to Liberty.
