Notification of potential Early Termination Event for the UBS One Star
Autocallable Note (the "Note") and capital & interest payment

UBS AG, as Issuer of the UBS One Star Autocallable Note linked to SSW SJ,
VAL SJ, IMP SJ, and NPH SJ (the "Note"), hereby notifies holders of an Early
Termination Event for the above Autocallable Note which will be observed on
Observation Date Monday, 09 February 2026.

Should the below conditions for Early Termination be met, the Note will
automatically exercise and terminate. The Note would be suspended from
commencement of trading effective, Tuesday, 10 February 2026.
