APPOINTMENT OF ACTING COMPANY SECRETARY

Shareholders are advised that Mr Howard Brown has been appointed Acting Company
Secretary with effect from 1 August 2024. Mr Brown is a non-practising attorney, holds an
LL.B and Dip Corp Law, and heads the Company's Legal Function. He previously served as
Company Secretary from 2013 to 2019. The board of directors has commenced the process
of recruiting a permanent Company Secretary and a further announcement in this regard will
be released in due course.
