VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT: REDEMPTION AND ISSUE OF NOTES


Further to the voluntary announcement released on SENS on 7 December 2023 regarding the issue
of ZAR40,000,000 Unlisted Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes (USP06U Tranche 1) to ABSA
Alternative Asset Management Proprietary Limited ("AAM") under the US Plus Limited
ZAR1,000,000,000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme ("Programme"), the board of directors
of UsPlus ("Board") hereby announces the redemption thereof on 30 June 2024, in the amount of
ZAR40,000,000.

In addition, the Board is pleased to announce a new issue of a further ZAR40,000,000 Unlisted Senior
Secured Floating Rate Notes (USP06U Tranche 2) to AAM under the Programme, bringing the total
Notes in issue to ZAR101,000,000. These Floating Rate Notes, which were issued on 30 June 2024,
will mature on 30 September 2024 unless redeemed or called at a prior date. UsPlus has the right to
redeem USP06U Tranche 2 and issue in its place a Senior Unsecured listed Note, subject to the JSE
Debt Listings Requirements and approval by the JSE.
