FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF SATRIX EQUITY MOMENTUM ETF (STXEQM)
AMALGAMATION WITH SATRIX MOMENTUM PORTFOLIO (STXMMT)

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement of Tuesday, 16 January 2024, regarding the
ballot results and change in respect of the amalgamation date and on Friday, 26 January 2024 of the
Salient dates, of the Satrix Equity Momentum ETF ("source fund") with the Satrix Momentum Portfolio
("target fund").

The amalgamation of the Satrix Equity Momentum ETF (JSE Code – STXEQM) ("source fund") with the
Satrix Momentum Portfolio ETF (JSE Code – STXMMT) ("target fund") will proceed as announced.

Conversion ratio:
The conversion ratio is: For each STXEQM unit, an investor will receive 3.5822 STXMMT units.

Investors will be informed of the issue price on Friday, 09 February 2024.
