APPOINTMENT OF AUDITOR


In compliance with paragraphs 3.75 to 3.78 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, and further to the
Non-Reappointment of External Auditor announcement released on SENS on 10 August 2023, shareholders
are hereby advised that Acsion have, on the recommendation of the Company’s Audit and Risk Committee,
appointed BDO South Africa Incorporated (“BDO”) as Acsion’s external auditor, with Sergio Vittone as
designated audit partner, with effect from 4 October 2023.

The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the Company’s next annual general meeting.
