FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE DECLARATION OF A SPECIAL
DIVIDEND

OGL shareholders are referred to the results announcement and cash
dividend declaration for the year ended 30 June 2023, released on
the Stock Exchange News Service ("SENS") on 15 September 2023
("Results Announcement"), and to the update regarding the special
dividend released on SENS on 26 September 2023 ("Update on Special
Dividend"). OGL declared a final cash dividend of 78.0 cents per
ordinary share and a special cash dividend of 8.5 cents per
ordinary share. These dividends will be subject to Dividend
Withholding Tax at a rate of 20%, which will result in a net
dividend of 62.4 cents per ordinary share in respect of the normal
dividend and 6.8 cents per ordinary share in respect of the
special dividend for those shareholders who are not exempt.

OGL stated in the Results Announcement and the Update on Special
Dividend that the special dividend was subject to South African
Reserve Bank ("SARB") approval.

OGL shareholders are advised that SARB approval has been obtained
and that the salient dates in respect of the special dividend of
8.5 cents per ordinary share are as follows:

- Last day to trade in order to participate in this dividend will
  be Tuesday, 10 October 2023.
- Shares commence trading ex-dividend on Wednesday, 11 October
  2023.
- The record date for the dividend payment will be Friday, 13
  October 2023.
- Dividend payment date will be Monday, 16 October 2023.

No dematerialisation or rematerialisation of share certificates
may be done between Wednesday, 11 October 2023 and Friday, 13
October 2023 (both days inclusive).

The dates for the final cash dividend of 78.0 cents per ordinary
share as announced in the Results Announcement remain unchanged.
