SUMMARISED GROUP ANNUAL RESULTS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2022



1.   SALIENT FEATURES

     Operating loss increased by 61.76% to R22.0 million, from R13.6 million in the prior corresponding
     period.

     Loss and headline loss per share decreased by 82.11% to a loss of 23.11 cents per share, from a loss
     and headline loss per share of 12.69 cents per share in the prior corresponding period.

     Net asset value per share decreased by 15.86% to 122 cents per share, from 145 cents per share in
     the prior corresponding period.
