Shareholders are referred to the Unaudited Interim Financial Results for the Six Months Ended 31 August 2022
and Dividend Declaration, released on SENS on Wednesday, 30 November 2022.

Shareholders are hereby advised that the interim dividend declared therein will be paid to shareholders of the
Company on Wednesday, 28 December 2022 and not Tuesday, 27 December 2022, given that Tuesday,
27 December 2022 has now been declared a South African public holiday.
