NOTICE OF RELEASE OF INTERIM RESULTS AND RESULTS PRESENTATION


Shareholders are advised that Spear intends to release its interim results for the six months
ended 31 August 2022 on Friday, 21 October 2022.

Spear will be hosting an in-person presentation at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Cape
Town (Upper Eastside) at 11:00 SAST on Friday, 21 October 2022 to present the interim
results to investors. The presentation will also be live streamed for investors who wish to
attend virtually.

Presentation details:

-     Venue for presentation: DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Cape Town (Upper Eastside);
-     Address: 31 Brickfield Road, Salt River, Cape Town, 7935, South Africa;
-     In-person attendance at the above venue will have limited space available and in-person
      attendance confirmation must be e-mailed to: info@spearprop.co.za, by close of
      business on Friday, 14 October 2022;
-     The virtual live streaming will have view and listen mode;
