APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Quantum Foods shareholders (“Shareholders”) are referred to the announcement published on SENS on Wednesday,
25 May 2022 wherein Shareholders were advised of the appointment of Acorim Proprietary Limited (“Acorim”) as
Quantum Foods’ interim company secretary with effect from 26 May 2022.

In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Shareholders are advised that Ms Ziyanda
Patience Wakashe has been appointed as the company secretary of Quantum Foods with effect from 20 September 2022.

Ziyanda holds an LLB degree from the University of South Africa and is currently pursuing a postgraduate certificate in
Compliance Management from the University of Johannesburg, having been admitted as an attorney of the High Court
in 2020. Most recently, Ziyanda served as the Legal and Compliance Officer / Assistant to the Group Company Secretary
at Sea Harvest Group Limited.

The board of directors of the Company welcomes Ziyanda and looks forward to her contribution to the Company, and
thanks Acorim for their services during this interim period.
