FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF A SCRIP DISTRIBUTION FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2022



Lighthouse shareholders are referred to the declaration announcement released on SENS on Tuesday,
30 August 2022 and the circular ("Circular") distributed to shareholders in respect of a scrip distribution
("Scrip Distribution"), with an alternative cash distribution option ("Cash Distribution").

Shareholders are advised as follows:

    1. Shareholders receiving the Scrip Distribution will be entitled to 4.27463 new Lighthouse shares for
       every 100 Lighthouse shares held on the record date, being Friday, 16 September 2022, at an issue
       price of 648.00000 ZAR cents per share.
    2. Shareholders who elected to receive the Cash Distribution will receive their cash distribution in South
       African Rands, converted from euro at an exchange rate of ZAR17.0459:EUR1.00. Accordingly, the
       Cash Distribution of 1.46200 EUR cents per share will be equal to 24.92111 ZAR cents per share.

The salient dates and times with regard to the Scrip Distribution and Cash Distribution are as follows:

 Payment of Cash Distribution, fractional entitlements, dispatch of new Share Certificates         Thursday, 22 September
 and updating/crediting of CSDP/broker accounts

Notes:
1.     All dates and times quoted above are local dates and times in South Africa. The above dates and times are subject to change. Any changes
       will be released on SENS.
2.     Shareholders should note that new Lighthouse shares should not be traded until the new Lighthouse shares are issued or reflect
       in their accounts with their CSDP or broker on Thursday, 22 September 2022.
3.     Share Certificates may not be Dematerialised or Rematerialised between Wednesday, 14 September 2022 and Friday, 16 September 2022,
       both days inclusive.

Should all shareholders receive the Scrip Distribution, a maximum number of 69 457 331 new Lighthouse
shares would be issued. If all shareholders were to elect to receive the Cash Distribution, the total value of the
distribution will amount to EUR 23,755,651.21.

The allocation of new Lighthouse shares will be such that shareholders receiving the Scrip Distribution will
not be allocated a fraction of a new Lighthouse share. Any entitlement to receive a fraction of a new Lighthouse
share will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.

As at the date of this announcement, Lighthouse has 1,624,873,544 shares in issue.
