  NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF INVESTEC LIMITED’S 2022 ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS


In terms of paragraph 6.17(a) of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, Investec Limited (“Investec”) advises
noteholders and preference shareholders of the availability of the 2022 annual financial statements on the
website: www.investec.com

The Audit Reports by Ernst and Young Inc. and KPMG Inc. are unqualified.

Pursuant to paragraph 6.17(c) of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, Investec advises of the restatements
to the 2021 and 2020 annual financial statements:

There was a gross up on balance sheet in loans and advances to banks and other liabilities as a result of
client funds being recorded on balance sheet. The prior year balance sheets have been restated to correct
the gross up previously reported. This change has no impact on the income statement.

The details and reasons in respect thereof are disclosed in note 57 of the 2022 annual financial statements.
