their option expiry on 29 April 2022 (see the related securities above).

The Put Strike Price exceeded the Final Reference Amount on the Expiry Date and the Put Option was automatically
exercised as the put expired in the money. The Holders have elected to retain ownership of the Holder Underlying
Securities and therefore the amount by which the Put Strike Price exceeded the Final Reference Amount will
automatically accrue to the Holder via instruction through STRATE on 06 May 2022.
