In compliance with regulation 6.25 of the JSE Debt Listing
Requirements and pursuant to the mandatory audit firm rotation
rules required by Dutch Law, noteholders are hereby advised that
the appointment of the auditors of the Issuer, Mazars Accountants
N.V. was terminated and PricewaterhouseCoopers Accountants N.V was
appointed by the Issuer as of 1 February 2022.
