NOTIFICATION OF AN UPDATE TO THE ZAR 10 000 000 000 UNSECURED SUBORDINATED
NOTE PROGRAMME, INFORMATION STATEMENT AND GUARANTEE

Momentum Metropolitan Life Limited has amended its ZAR 10 000 000 000 Unsecured Subordinated
Note Programme (“the Programme”), by way of an amended and restated Programme Memorandum
dated 4 November 2019 (“Programme Memorandum”), the Noteholders Subordinated Guarantee
Agreement (“Guarantee”) and the Information Statement in respect of the Programme (“Information
Statement”) for the change in the Issuer’s name and the name of the guarantor to the Programme,
being Momentum Metropolitan Holdings Limited (formerly MMI Holdings Limited) (“the Amendment”).

The Programme Memorandum, Guarantee and Information Statement, each updated for the
Amendment and each dated 4 November 2019, are available for inspection at the registered office of
the Issuer and will be made available for inspection on the Issuer’s website,
https://www.momentummetropolitan.co.za/en/investor-relations/note-programme.

The Programme Memorandum will also be available for inspection on the JSE Limited’s website,
www.jse.co.za.

Bondholders are further advised that the following bond codes will not be amended for the change in
the Issuer’s name and will still be linked to the Issuer:
