TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES

In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 ("the Act") and regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011, shareholders are advised that on 6 November 2018, Lewis
received notification in terms of section 122(1) of the Act, that Investec Limited has acquired a beneficial
interest in the securities of the Company, such that its entire beneficial interest is 5.50 % of the issued capital of
the company.

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, Lewis has filed the required notice with the Takeover
Regulation Panel.
