Investec Bank Limited (“Investec”), as Issuers of the above mentioned Autocall Index Warrants (“Autocalls”), hereby
wishes to notify Holders of the Autocalls of an error in the Sens Announcement that was released on 13 November
2017 (“Erroneous Sens Announcement”). In terms of the Erroneous Sens Announcement released, Investec

which occurred on 09 November 2017 (see the related securities above) are entitled to a Cash Settlement Amount
determined as follows:
Reference amount x 122.4%
Reference Amount = ZAR 1,000.00
Holders will receive a Cash Settlement Amount of ZAR 1,224.00 for every Autocall held. The Cash Settlement Amount
per Autocall will automatically accrue to the Holder via STRATE on 17 November 2017.
