DECLARED DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON TRUWORTHS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED HOT ENHANCED
DIVIDEND SECURITIES – (“TRUIHA”)

With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of Truworths International Limited have declared a final
dividend of 169 cents per ordinary share payable on Monday, 14 September 2015 to ordinary shareholders, recorded
in the books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 11 September 2015.

In terms of the new Dividend Tax effective 1 April 2012, the following additional information is disclosed:

1)   local dividend tax rate is 15%;
2)   net local dividend amount is 143.65 cents per share for shareholders liable to pay the new Dividends Tax and
     169 cents per share for shareholders exempt from paying the new Dividends Tax;
3)   the issued share capital of Truworths International Limited is 429 327 350 ordinary shares;
4)   The Truworths International Limited tax reference number is 9875/145/71/7; and
5)   Investec Bank Limited tax reference number is 9675/053/71/5.


Accordingly, the holders of TRUIHA will receive a dividend amount per ordinary share on Monday, 14 September
2015 in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited.
The last day to trade (“cum” the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will be Friday, 4 September 2015.

TRUIHA Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading “ex” the dividend from the commencement of
business on Monday, 7 September 2015, and the record date will be Friday, 11 September 2015.
