Jubilee, the AIM and AltX quoted Mine-to-Metals company, was notified, on 10 December
2014, that Colin Bird, Non- Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 1,000,000
Jubilee ordinary shares (“Ordinary Shares”) of 1 pence each at an average price of 1.25
pence (ZAR22.38 cents) per ordinary share. Following this transaction, Colin Bird is
interested in 6,517,991 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.16% of the issued
share capital of the Company.
