AVAILABILITY OF THE ANNUAL CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE ISSUER AND THE GUARANTORS
Bondholders are advised that the annual consolidated financial statements ("the financial statements") of the
Issuer for the year ended 31 December 2023 and the financial statements of the Guarantor to the Domestic
Medium Term Note Programme ("the Programme"), for the year ended 31 December 2023 are available for
inspection at the Issuer's registered office.
The financial statements of the Issuer have also been made available on their website at:

The financial statements for BNP Paribas S.A., a guarantor to the Programme have also been made available on

The Issuer would like to advise bondholders that the only restatements to previously published financial
statements relate to the adoption of IFRS17: Insurance Contracts. The details of these restatements are detailed
in Note 30 of the financial statements.
Bondholders are advised that the audit report on the financial statements of the Issuer and the Guarantor is
unqualified, with no modifications applicable.
