CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with paragraph 6.39 of the Debt Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, bondholders
are advised of the following changes to the board of directors ("Board") with effect from 12 February
2024:

1.    Mr S Gounder has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company.
2.    Mr BA Stewart has resigned as alternate director to Mr S Gounder.
3.    Mr H Ackermann has been appointed as non-executive director of the Company; and
4.    Mr S Gounder has been appointed as alternate director to Mr H Ackermann.

The reason for the changes to the Board is due to realignment of responsibilities.
