(“Renergen” or “the Company”)

CLARIFICATION IN RELATION TO TRADING HALT ON ASX

Shareholders are hereby advised that the ASX has today, at the Company’s request,
implemented a trading halt in relation to Renergen’s shares on the ASX. The trading halt was
requested in relation to a potential non-material capital raise that the Company was contemplating
on the ASX. Prior to the ASX implementing the trading halt, it had already been decided not to
proceed with the potential non-material capital raise.

Renergen is today submitting a request to the ASX for the trading halt to be lifted, and expects
normal trading on the ASX to recommence tomorrow, 9 November 2022.
