Shareholders are referred to SilverBridge’s summarised consolidated results for the year
ended 30 June 2022, released on SENS on 14 September 2022 (“Summarised Results”).
Shareholders are hereby advised that as of today, 23 September 2022, SilverBridge’s
consolidated audited annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2022 (“Annual
Financial Statements”) have been distributed to shareholders and contains no modifications
to the Summarised Results.

The Annual Financial Statements have been audited by Mahdi Meyer Steyn Chartered
Accountants Incorporated, who expressed an unmodified audit opinion thereon.

The Annual Financial Statements, together with the full audit report, which includes
communication of key audit matters, are available on the Company’s website at:

A further announcement will be made, in due course, regarding the publication and
distribution, to shareholders, of the integrated annual report and the notice of annual general
meeting respectively.
