CHANGE TO THE FUNCTION OF DIRECTOR

On 10 November 2021 Delta released an announcement on SENS relating to the appointment of Mr
Siyabonga Mbanjwa as the CEO of the Company, from 1 February 2022. The Company further advised that
post this Ms Bongi Masinga’s role would change, and she would serve as an executive director for a period
of up to 12 months.

Further to the abovementioned announcement, the Company hereby advises that Ms Masinga’s role with
effect from 1 August 2022, has changed to that of a non-executive director of the Company.

The board of directors would like to thank Bongi for assuming the executive role to aid the smooth leadership
transition. We look forward to working with Bongi in her new role. An announcement with respect to
committee participation will be made in due course.
