New Financial Instrument Listing Announcement - IBL169

Application has been made to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) for the listing of R300,000,000 (Three
Hundred Million Rand) senior unsecured floating rate Notes (stock code IBL169), under
Investec Bank Limited’s Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share Programme
dated 17 March 2021.

The IBL169 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being 19 May 2021
with effect from commencement of trade.
