Notification of death of a director

It is with great sadness that the Transsec 3 board of directors (the “Board”) informs noteholders, in
accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the Debt Listings Requirements, of the untimely passing of Jack
Trevena, the Chairperson of the Board and an Audit Committee member, on 25 February 2021.


On behalf of the Board we express our sincere condolences to Jack's family in this difficult time.


Jack joined the Board as an independent non-executive director on 29 March 2017, and during his
tenure brought strong leadership and wise counsel to the Issuer.


Ms Olivia Ferreira will temporarily assume the role of chairperson of the Board until a formal
appointment is made and noteholders will be advised of the new appointment in due course.
