RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the previous renewal of cautionary announcements, the last of which
was dated 30 September 2020.
The Company advises that there have been no further developments on the Bon Health Properties
due to the COVID-19 lockdown. The Company is in the processes of reversing the transaction as per
the provisions of the transaction agreement and the Company will need to deconsolidate the
acquisition in accordance with IFRS and the provisions of loss of control.
Accordingly, Go Life shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in their securities
until a further announcement is made.
Go Life has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange Mauritius and a secondary listing on the AltX of
the JSE.
