During the Period, no underlying assets were subject to a demand to repurchase or replace due to a
breach of the representations and warranties.

Noteholders are referred to the TUHF Urban Finance Quarterly Investor Report announcements
released on SENS on 30 April 2019, 2 August 2019 and 5 November 2019, and are hereby advised
that the periods referred to therein should refer to the periods ended 31 March 2019, 30 June 2019
