2019 Annual Financial Statements
Nampak Limited’s Annual Financial Statements for the year ended
30 September 2019 (“the Annual Financial Statements”) have been published
on the Nampak website at http://www.nampak.com/investors/financial-
information, and does not contain any changes to the information
published on the Stock Exchange News Services of the JSE Limited on 27
November 2019.
Every person who holds or has a beneficial interest in any securities
issued by the Company may obtain the Annual Financial Statements, or the
2019 Integrated Report, by either downloading a copy from the Company’s
website, or by requesting a copy from Group Investor Relations by means
of an email to nondyebo.mqulwana@nampak.com, or a written request posted
to PO Box 69983, Bryanston, 2021.
Notice of the Annual General Meeting
Nampak’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 11 February 2020
at 14:00 at The Forum at The Campus, Wanderers building, 57 Sloane
Street, Bryanston, South Africa to transact the business stated in the
notice. The notice, incorporating a summary of the Annual Financial
Statements, will be distributed to shareholders on 13 December 2019,
together with the 2019 Integrated Report, and has been published on the
Nampak website. The record date for purposes of determining which
shareholders are entitled to receive the notice is Friday, 6 December
2019. The record date for persons to be recorded as shareholders in the
securities register of the Company in order to be able to attend,
participate and vote at the Annual General Meeting is Friday, 31 January
2020. Accordingly, the last date to trade in order to be registered in
the Company’s securities register is Tuesday, 28 January 2020.
