RESULTS OF ADJOURNED MEETING OF THE HOLDERS OF ALL OF THE NOTES ISSUED
UNDER THE ZAR31 910 000 000 DOMESTIC MEDIUM TERM NOTE PROGRAMME

Noteholders are referred to the notice of adjourned meeting of the holders of all of the notes issued
under SANRAL’s ZAR 31 910 000 000 domestic medium term note programme memorandum dated
14 April 2014 (“Programme Memorandum”) and guaranteed by the Government of the Republic of
South Africa, pertaining to the amendment of the Programme Memorandum and the replacement of the
existing guarantee, dated 17 May 2018 (“Notice of Adjourned Meeting”).

Capitalised terms and expressions used in this announcement and not otherwise defined herein, shall
have the meanings ascribed to such terms and expressions in the Programme Memorandum and the
Notice of Adjourned Meeting.

Pursuant to the Notice of Adjourned Meeting and in accordance with Condition 20.2 of the Programme
Memorandum, a meeting of Noteholders was held on 6 June 2018, at the office of Werksmans
Attorneys, The Central, 96 Rivonia Road, Sandton, at which the following Extra Ordinary Resolutions
were approved by the requisite majority.
