Subject to the completion of the scheme of arrangement between Mediclinic International Ltd (South
Africa, constituent) and Al Noor Hospitals Group (UK, non-constituent) and notification from the stock
exchange, FTSE and JSE announce the following changes:

added to the index with a shares in issue
total of 611,917,780* and an
investability weighting of 50%.

an unchanged investability weighting of
50%.
