and Keurprop Investments Proprietary Limited (“Keurprop”)
owns 50%.
Name of directors and relationship to directors: BF van Niekerk, who is a director of BNF which is wholly-
owned by the BNF Trust of which BF van Niekerk is a potential
beneficiary. PH Faure, who is a director of Mertech, which is
23% owned by the Faure Family Trust of which PH Faure is a
potential beneficiary. L van der Watt, who is a director of
Keurprop which is wholly-owned by the Keurwatt Trust of which
L van der Watt is trustee and a beneficiary.
