TRADING STATEMENT
In accordance with paragraph 3.4 (b) of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are required to
inform shareholders as soon as there is a reasonable degree of certainty that the earnings of the company are
likely to vary by more than 20% compared to the previous reporting period.
Shareholders are hereby advised that the Group expects to report:
- basic earnings per share between 1.25 cents and 1.49 cents per share for the year ended 28 February 2014
compared to a reported basic loss per share of 6.10 cents for the year ended 29 February 2013; and
- headline earnings per share between 1.25 cents and 1.49 cents per share for the year ended 28 February
2014 compared to a reported headline loss per share of 8.10 cents for the year ended 29 February 2013.
The information in this trading statement has neither been reviewed nor reported on by the Company's external
auditors.
The financial results for the year ended 28 February 2014 are expected to be released on or about 28 May 2014.
