TERMINATION OF LISTINGS ON THE JSE LIMITED ("JSE")                              
The Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE") wishes to advise that the listings of   
the above-mentioned companies will be terminated with effect from the           
commencement of business on Monday, 8 March 2010 due to their failure to comply 
with the JSE`s Listings Requirements. The record date to determine the          
shareholders` register will be Friday, 5 March 2010.                            
This announcement has been placed by the JSE in the interest of shareholders.
