CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND COMMITTEE MEMBERS

In compliance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings
Requirements, Crede advises that Adv Deborah Mutemwa-Tumbo has resigned from the Board of
Directors and as a member of the Audit Committee with effect from 1 July 2025 due to other pressing
developments requiring more of her focus and time.

Mr Brendan Harmse, who previously served as independent non-executive director and as member of
the Audit Committee, has been re-appointed with effect from 1 July 2025.

Mr Harmse CA(SA) and BCom (Law), has been active in the South African capital markets, structured
finance, lending and corporate fiduciary services markets for more than 25 years. He has extensive
knowledge and a detailed understanding of capital markets, structured finance, secured lending and
escrow related structures, instruments and industry participants.
