EXTENSION FOR POSTING OF THE 88 FIELD STREET DISPOSAL CIRCULAR


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by the Company on the Stock Exchange News Service on
Thursday, 11 April 2025 ("Announcement") relating to the disposal by the Company of the letting enterprises in respect
of the property situated at 88 Joe Slovo Street, Durban, Kwa-Zulu Natal (known as "88 Field Street") ("88 Field Street
Disposal").

The 88 Field Street Disposal is classified as a Category 1 transaction in terms of paragraph 9.5 of the JSE Listings
Requirements ("Listings Requirements") and accordingly, in terms of paragraph 9.20(b) of the Listings Requirements,
the Company is required to distribute a circular to its shareholders within 60 (sixty) days of release of the Announcement
("Circular").

Shareholders are hereby advised that the Company has requested and the JSE Limited has granted an extension for
the posting of the Circular to shareholders by no later than 31 July 2025.
