AVAILABILITY OF THE 2024 AUDITED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE ISSUER

Noteholders are advised that the audited annual financial statements of the Issuer for the year ended 30 June
2024 (the "2024 financial statements") are available for inspection through a secure electronic manner at the
election of the person requesting inspection.

The 2024 financial statements have been made available on the Issuer's website at
https://www.rmb.co.za/conduits/lehae.

Noteholders are further advised that the audit report on the 2024 financial statements is unqualified, with no
modifications applicable.
