Change in Board of Directors

In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Debt Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of
Blue Titanium Conduit (RF) Limited hereby informs noteholders of the following Board changes:

The resignation of Rishendrie Thanthony as a Non-Executive Director and Audit committee member
with effect from 24 May 2024, the resignation of Bongiwe Majozi as Alternate Director with effective
from 24 May 2024, and

the appointment of Thomas O'Connell as a Non-Executive Director and Audit committee member with
effect from 24-May 2024. The appointment is in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act
and in conformity with its MOI. The Board accepted the resignations accordingly.

The Board wishes Ms Thanthony and Ms Majozi all the best with their future endeavors.
