ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE HOLDERS OF ALL NOTES ISSUED IN
RELATION TO TRANSACTION NO. 1 – BRIDGE TAXI FINANCE NO 8 ("Transaction No. 1")

We refer to the notice delivered by the Issuer on 21 May 2024, in accordance
with Condition 22.2.3 of the Terms and Conditions of the Notes, giving notice
that a meeting of the holders of all Notes issued by the Issuer under the
Programme in relation to Transaction No. 1 ("Meeting"), is to be held on the 23
May 2024 at 18h00, at the offices of Redinc Capital (Pty) Ltd, situate at 10
Muswell Road South, Bryanston.


The purpose of the meeting is to request consent from noteholders in relation
to certain proposed amendments to Transaction Documents as set out in the
notice, which includes full details and instructions relating to the voting in
respect of the Extraordinary Resolutions.


The record date to be recorded in the Register to vote at the Noteholders
Meeting, is 17 May 2024.


Please note that the proxy form should be sent to Strate Proprietary Limited at
Strate-CDAdmin@strate.co.za, and a copy to the Issuer at paul@red-inc.co.za,
any time before the time and on the date appointed for holding the meeting or
adjourned meeting of the Noteholders specified above.
